Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine ground beef, onion mushroom soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs and water in a large bowl.
Shape into loaf in 13 X 9-inch baking or roasting pan.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
While meatloaf is resting, empty packet of brown gravy mix into a medium saucepan.
Stir in 2 ½ cups of water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from pan and place on serving platter. Cut into 8 equal slices. Pour gravy over meatloaf or serve on the side with mash potatoes and sweet butter carrots.
